I can't login - Why?

When signing up you were sent a unique username & password combination via email.
Please keep that email for future reference.

Your login is valid for as long as your subscription lasts.
Website access will not be denied after your subscription period has ended, however you will have limited access to our content.

The easiest way to 100% enter your login information correctly is to COPY & PASTE it from the email to Notepad or any another text editor.
Make sure there are no leading or trailing spaces or tabs then copy and paste it from there into the login page. Please note that both username and password are CASE sensitive.

If you have lost your password, you can request for a new one here.

If you're sure you are entering the correct username and password combination and are still denied, here are a few things to try:

  • - Use a different browser
  • - Disable any browser extensions that manipulate script code, such as 'noscript' or 'ghostery'
  • - Empty your browsers cache, delete cookies and restart browser - reboot your router/DSL modem

Please note that you may not share your username and password with 3rd parties. If you do, your access will be blocked automatically.

If you still have problems logging in and believe this to be in error, please file a ticket here. Our support department will get right back to you.

I didn't receive my login details

It might be that your email provider blocked our email suspecting a potential spam email or that your card was declined and you never were billed and thus not given access.

If you still cannot retrieve your login info, simply contact our support staff and ask for your login information to be resent to you.

My account is blocked
Please be aware that sharing passwords is not allowed and we have a system in place to block accounts when this happens.
If you was unaware of this or have not shared and still blocked then please place a ticket and we will get back to you right away.

What appears on my statement

Your membership will be discretely billed under the name of your selected billing company. Your credit card will show "EPOCH.COM GMAXDIVISION", "VendoStore*GMax" or "CCBILL GMAX" or "SEGPAY*GMAXDIVISION" - which are the discrete sites of our own billing processors.

There will be no adult related traces on any bills or invoices.

There will be no letters, junk mail or anything else sent to your physical home address either.

Can I request a refund

You are responsible for charges that you have made.

If you are having problems please contact us and we will attempt to assist you. If no solution is found we will issue you a credit.

Your membership will remain active until the end of the most recent paid billing period no matter when you cancel during that period.

What happens if I do a chargeback
It is much better for us and for you to request a refund and not chargeback. Chargebacks result in blacklisting with the billing company and could affect future signups to ourselves or other merchants who use said billing.
Why did my card get declined

There are several reasons why your card was declined such as:

  • - You have entered a wrong expiration or CVV2 value. Find the right CVV2 value as the last 3 digits on the back of your card
  • - The address you entered is not the exact address where your credit card is registered
  • - Your card is over the daily limit in transaction count or dollar amount
  • - Your card has insufficient funds available for the attempted transaction
  • - Your card has been cancelled or is expired
  • - Your card is in our negative database attempted refunds and/or chargeback/disputes
  • - You have tried submitting your card too many times in the last 24 hours

Please contact your bank or financial institution in order to find out why your card may have been declined.

Alternatively, you can use another card or payment method and try again.

If you are still experiencing problems then please create a new ticket.

Will I have access after cancellation

Yes, you'll have access to the full website for the entire time you paid for.

Cancelling your account simply stops the billing cycle.

Access is cancelled once the period you have paid for is over. The charges will not reoccur in the future.

Website access will not be denied after your subscription period has ended, however you will have limited access to our content.

Will I have access after my account has expired
You can still login and browse what content we have available plus view special deals and much more.
When you first login you will have the option to take a special price to renew.
Just follow the onscreen steps or skip. Please note that if you skip then the special you see may not still be available.
How secure is the join process

The join process is very secure. We use SSL encryption on our payment pages to protect your payment information.

Even after processing all data is encrypted and protected from malicious access and hackers.

We go through rigorous security checks in order to be AIS/SDP compliant with VISA and Mastercard International.

Please note that Filthflix does not store any of your private data such as Credit Card # or Billing address - those are kept safe on the biller's side.
